ARC Teresita T. Villanueva Memorial
Teresita Tupaz Villanueva obtained her BS in Nursing at the University of the Philippines and her MS degree in Nursing and MS in Education at the Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois. Teresita taught nursing at ARC for twenty-five years. As a professor Emeritus in Nursing, she specialized in Pediatrics, Medical Surgery and Obstetrics. Daughter Charmaine and Son-in-law John White established this scholarship to help deserving nursing students at American River College.
