CRC Campus Sustainability Committee

The CRC Sustainability Committee funds the annual Sustainability Scholarship, founded by former Geography instructor Debra Sharkey. The scholarship has heavy roots in the CRC Geography Department, with influences from other areas on campus that represent the interdisciplinary nature of the sustainability movement. Such disciplines include sustainable design, construction of the built environment, healthy and sustainable horticulture, and nutrition. The Committee is inspired by students’ commitment to learning in a variety of sustainably-minded programs.
