David and Christine Wagner

Christine Wagner is a retired professor of Communication Studies at CRC who served 6 years on the Board at Cristo Rey High School. David Wagner served 37 years in higher education at Sac State where he retired as Vice President of Human Resources. Both are committed to supporting access to the benefits of higher education.
