ARC Charles Borowiak Gerontology Scholarship.
Dr. Charles Borowiak was a visionary when he began the Gerontology program at American River Colelge in the 1970’s – a time when few people even knew what gerontology was. Dr. Borowiak retired in 1993 and died soon afterward. His legacy is the current Gerontology program.
