Grace V. Brown

Grace Brown was born in Canada in 1922 and was social editor of the Prince Rupert Daily News for many years. In 1961 she moved to North Hollywood with her husband and 2 children and became a successful real estate broker. Once an avid reader, at age 94 and partially blind, she listened to at least one book on tape a day, followed current events, and socialized and supported young people whenever she could. Sadly, Grace passed away in 2018. This scholarship in her memory is designated for students pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts.
