ARC Laura Kellen Scholarship.
Laura Kellen attended American River College at the encouragement of her two older sisters, who were already students at ARC. After six years of evening classes, Laura graduated with honors and went on to obtain degrees at Sacramento State University and San Jose University. She Loves her job as a reference librarian and raises service dogs in her spare time.
