ARC Retired Teachers Scholarship Foundation, Inc

The Retired Teachers Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (RTSF) is a 501 © (3) organization located in Fair Oaks, CA whose sole purpose is to provide scholarships for deserving American River College students.
We are affiliated with the California Retired Teachers Association (CalRTA) -Division 75 (Sacramento Northeast). CalRTA has about 40,000 members statewide and about 700 retired teachers belong to Sacramento Northeast Division 75.

In this our 20th year as a Foundation, we are pleased to award five $1,500 scholarships (3 Academic and 2 Technical) to students at American River College. With this donation, RTSF will have awarded $133,500 to 100 recipients for the period 2001-2021.
