Roy P. Luna Scholarship
$2,500, renewable for one year, to students transferring from a community college to a four-year college or university in the fall of 2026. Priority will be given to students of color, emancipated foster youth, LGBTQ+ and those with disabilities. This scholarship is currently applicable to students attending Sierra Community College and the Los Rios Community College District. This renewable scholarship will help to cover the cost of tuition, books, and instructional supplies.

They will:

1. Create an account
2. Hit the “APPLY” button in the top left corner
3. Move through a series of eligibility questions, which will tell them which opportunities they are eligible for
4. Complete the supplemental questions unique to each scholarship opportunity for which they are eligible
