The Sacramento Region Community Foundation offers dozens of scholarships to assist you in reaching your educational goals — most funded by local people and businesses who want to help you succeed — because we believe that access to higher education strengthens your future and that of our entire community.

We are dedicated to supporting local students like you as you pursue higher education and career training opportunities — and awarded over $1,000,000 to 400 students last year alone. Learn how to apply below.

Important Dates:
December 2, 2025: Applications open online
March 13, 2026: The majority of scholarships will close. Please double-check deadlines to ensure you submit applications prior to their final close dates.
Reference letters should be submitted no later than 1 week after the deadline.
April – May 2026: Scholarships awarded, offer information and claim instructions emailed to applicants.
