FLC Tom Pactol Scholarship for Emergency Medical Technician

After retiring from the Federal Aviation Administration as an Air Traffic Controller, Tom Pactol followed his interest in public service and safety by completing the Emergency Medical Technician Certificate. He used his skills as a Folsom Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member, as well as teaching classes for CERT and proctoring for FLC. This scholarship was established in his memory.
