Student must have completed CAM 300, CAM 301, and CAM 306 with grades of B or better and must be currently registered in courses working toward completion of a CAM department certificate/degree OR must have completed CAM 300 and CAM 306 with grades of B or better and be currently enrolled in CAM 310. Must be currently registered in courses working toward completion of a CAM department certificate or degree. Must submit one letter of recommendation from CAM department faculty/staff or past/present employers in the CAM industry detailing why this student is an exceptional student/employee. Must submit a 500-1000 word essay on how the scholarship will help the student complete their degree/certificate and achieve their career goals with the culinary arts/restaurant management field. Student does not need to be enrolled in the fall semester as long as requirements are met in the semester in which the scholarship is awarded.
