Student must be pursuing a goal to work in the educational field. Eligibility will be based on goals and self-determination. There is no financial need requirement. Consideration will be given to extra-curricular activities, employment and leadership ability. Students must submit one letter of recommendation. Preference will be given to students with two letters of recommendation.

- This scholarship requires that you intend to work in the field of education. Are you pursuing a goal to work in the education field?
- If you are planning on working in the field of education, please describe your plans for a career in education (i.e. teaching, counseling, educational technology, library/information service, special education, etc.)
- Please provide the name and email address of someone who can provide a recommendation letter for you. They will receive a link to our recommendation form. A professor, high school teacher, or academic counselor are the best sources for letters of recommendation, and you should ask them in person. The person you are asking may have many students with your name, or not remember who you are unless you ask them in person. Letters from employers and volunteer organizations will also be considered. Letters from family members will not be considered.
- This scholarship requires a minimum of one recommendation. Preference will be given to students with TWO letters of recommendation. If you wish to submit a second letter of recommendation, please provide the name and email address of someone who can provide a recommendation letter for you. They will receive a link to our recommendation form.
