At least one scholarship will be awarded annually to students who have completed the California Dream Act Application, have a minimum 2.5 GPA and Financial Need. If, in the future, there are not students who fit this desceiption, the scholarship shall be awarded to re-entry students (returning to college after the age of 25) with a minimum 2.5 GPA and financial need.
