FLC H.C. Cardwell Scholarship

HC Cardwell represented the Sacramento region in California’s very first state assembly in 1850.

Student should demonstrate an interest in government, law, politics, or public policy and should be pursuing an educational program that will lead to work in public service. Preference will be given to those following a political science, pre-law, or public policy/administration course of study.
