1) Student must have completed at least 12 units of ESL prior to application; 2) Student must be currently enrolled in 4 units of ESL; 3) Student must have a 3.5 GPA in ESL; 4) Preference given to students not currently receiving financial aid; 5) Must submit online a 250-word statement describing future educational/vocational goals.
