FLC Paul Baltimore Memorial Scholarship

Paul was a caring and talented professor and a faculty union leader for the Los Rios College Federation of Teachers (LRCFT). LRCFT established this scholarship so that he will continue to play a part in the lives of Folsom Lake College students.
