Applicant must be enrolled CRC student who has completed a minimum of 3 units from one of the following courses: ARCH 332, ARCH 342, BIOL 350, BIOL 352, CONST 143, ECON 306, GEOG302, HORT 313, NUTRI 303, or NUTRI 331 with final grade “C,” or higher, at time of application. Student must also write a minimum 500 word essay that a) explains how he/she plans to incorporate sustainability into his/her future academic studies and/or career, b) identifies his/her career goals and c) specifies the 4 year college/university program he/she plans to transfer to after completing coursework at CRC. One letter of recommendation required.

  2. This scholarship requires that the applicant must have completed a minimum of 3 units from one of the following courses: ARCH 332, ARCH 342, BIOL 350, BIOL 352, CONST 143, ECON 306, GEOG302, HORT 313, NUTRI 303, or NUTRI 331, with a final grade of “C," or higher. Please upload a copy of your transcript showing that you have met this requirement.
  3. Please provide the name and email address of someone who can provide a recommendation letter for you. They will receive a link to our recommendation form. A professor, high school teacher, or academic counselor are the best sources for letters of recommendation, and you should ask them in person. The person you are asking may have many students with your name, or not remember who you are unless you ask them in person. Letters from employers and volunteer organizations will also be considered. Letters from family members will not be considered.
