1) Student must be continuing at ARC in the fall semester; 2) This scholarship will be awarded to a widow with at least one minor child; 3) Must submit online a statement that explains your situation.; 4) In years when no applicant meets the criteria, this scholarship may be awarded to a single parent who has overcome adversity in their life;
